Jim Nieves joined AMG in December of 2024, bringing to our team a broad knowledge base and core competencies managing Federal, State & Local government, commercial and international contracts for IP, engineering/software, computer hardware, software development, cloud, cybersecurity products and services for Fortune 100 and smaller companies throughout his career. 

Jim’s experience encompasses over 30 years working in the Legal departments of companies including; Dell Technologies, Raytheon, SAP, Coalfire, CACI and CA Technologies.  Jim has worked with many Federal agencies on large scale programs supporting DOD, Intel, Civilian Agencies that has included; Army CECOM, Navy, FBI, USDA, DHS, SSA and HHS to name a few.
