ISO/IEC 9001:2015 QMS 

AMG achieved ISO 9001:2015 QMS certification in 2017, successfully re-certified in 2020 and 2023. This standard provides an organization the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet our client’s requirements.

AMG achieved ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 ITSM certification in 2021. This standard is strongly linked to ITIL and allows organizations to evaluate how effectively they deliver managed services, measure service levels and assess their performance

AMG achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2013 ISMS certification in 2018 and successfully re-certified in 2021. This standard defines an organization’s requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an information security management system.

AMG was initially appraised at CMMI 3 Development (DEV) ML3 v2.0 in 2020 and re-appraised in 2023. The CMMI ML3 provides a defined and repeatable integrated framework and best practices for organizations that develop products and services.

CMMI ML3 SVC v2.0

AMG was initially appraised at CMMI 3 ML3 v2.0 in 2024. The CMMI ML3 Service (SVC) provides a defined and repeatable integrated framework and best practices for organizations that provide services, including B2B, B2C, standalone services, and those that are part of a product offering.
