Jay Kalath serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of Allied Mission Group. In his position, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with AMG’s management team to establish long term goals, strategies, plans, and policies to ensure customer satisfaction, provide a family first work environment for AMG employees and continue to redefine the value we provide to our partners. Mr. Kalath brings close to 17 years of senior executive level experience in client delivery, P&L growth, and as a lead technologist.
Prior to AMG, Jay served at the VP/GM for Civilian and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for ARRAY Information Technology, Executive Vice President (EVP) for Astegic Corporation and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and GM/Enterprise Solutions for Bart & Associates, Inc. During this time, Jay supported a variety of clients across DHS, Dept. of State, NASA, Census, EPA, Navy and Dept. of Interior.
Randy Terlecki serves as a Senior Director of Solutions Architecture for Allied Mission Group (AMG). In this role, Randy will be driving AMG’s solutions architecture, transformation & growth across our services to help meet customer missions.
Prior to joining the AMG leadership team, Randy held CIO/CTO, VP, Director and management positions with Array Information Technology, Lockheed Martin, CSC, Abacus, Keane, EDS, Verizon, Sylvan and Ford Aerospace. Randy has over 25 years’ experience as a results focused leader in management consulting, client delivery, strategic and technical advisory. During this time, Randy supported a variety of clients and agencies such as AF, BCBS, CBP, CMS, DHS, DOC, DOD, DOE, DSS, EIA, ED, FINRA, FRB, NASA, NAVY, NIH, NIST, NOAA, PBGC, SEC, VA.
Matt Davis serves as Senior Practice Director for Allied Mission Group. In his role, Matt manages the overall IT Modernization and Cloud Transformation Life Cycle practice focused on the adoption, delivery, and effective use of cloud services, managed services, and leading technologies for commercial and federal customers who want to align IT with business strategies and goals, provide more timely and effective solutions, and improve ROI. Matt brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience with over 8 years with cloud services delivery.
Prior to joining the Allied Mission Group, Matt served as Program Director and CIO at QuarterLine where he directed federal enterprise cloud strategy and migration efforts, and as CIO at Innoviss, Inc. where he oversaw IT security and operational improvements. Matt served as a Principal Program Manager at Microsoft for five years managing a $20 million portfolio of consulting and premier services contracts in the federal sector. Prior to Microsoft, Matt had leadership roles at Sprint/Nextel, ATG, Arthur Andersen & Co. and Coopers & Lybrand
Lou Lindsay serves as Senior Director of Cyber Security for the Allied Mission Group (AMG). Lou is responsible for all aspects of Cyber security for information systems, IT infrastructure, information, operations, and services.
With over 25 years of experience in the internet security, network engineering and network, operations, defense, business intelligence, telecommunications, insurance, healthcare, human resources, payroll, finance, and credit industries.
Prior to joining AMG, Lou was a senior principal Cyber Security consultant for Teradata Inc., where he supported and developed cyber security strategies and solutions for DHS Customs and Border Protection to identify, prevent, and mitigate cyber attacks and vulnerabilities. Prior to Teradata, Lou held senior manager positions in MCI Communications, Concert Global Networks (AT&T and British Telecom global venture), Intersections Inc., St. Paul insurance, and blue cross and blue shield.
