Teresa serves as Senior Strategic Advisor for the Allied Mission Group (AMG). Teresa will provide leadership and guidance in the areas of business and corporate development.
Thirty plus years working in the Government and Commercial industries managing and winning billons in new business and contract renewals. Started career as a district accountant for the Great Lakes Division at Unisys Corporation, moved into corporate and global IT and received significant training as a system analyst and database administrator, transferred into program management for mainframe accounts in Washington DC and took a global leadership role as a VP of marketing and telecommunication partnerships. Joined Accenture as a senior executive selling, managing and leading outsourcing teams in HealthCare and state and local governments. Took a senior executive role with a small outsourcing company and developed a government line of business for this company. Joined IBM as a VP for public sector for major programs and eventually moved to a general manager and president of the government group at Maximus growing the business from $1.8B to $2.6B retaining long term contracts, addressing team business challenges and developing new teams. Current focus is on a balance of community service and consulting engagements in the government contracting community helping mid-tier companies grow and develop strong teams.
