Allied Mission Group LLC SBA Certified HUBZone Small Business

Loudoun, VA – March 7, 2017 - Allied Mission Group (AMG) LLC announced today that it has been certified as a qualified HUBZone small business by the SBA

Allied Mission Group (AMG) LLC is pleased to be certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as a HUBZone small business.  By achieving this milestone, AMG demonstrates its commitment to provide qualified opportunities and economic growth to underserved communities.  It also enables AMG to position for prime contracts and increase business relationships with Federal agencies, large system integrators and channel partners.
The Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Program was created in response to the HUBZone Empowerment Act in 1998 by the SBA to promote economic development and employment growth in distressed areas.   As a HUBZone certified company, Allied Mission Group LLC met the requirements for NAICS size standards, company ownership and control, principal office location and company workforce compliance.

The US Federal Government sets the annual procurement goal for contracting with HUBZone firms at three percent of total contracting activities.  Additional benefits in utilizing the HUBZone program are the following:
•    HUBZone companies can receive Sole Source contracts
•    HUBZone companies  can receive Small Business Set Aside contracts
•    HUBZone companies receive ten percent (10%) Price Evaluation Preference on Full and Open Contracts and subcontracting opportunities

In addition to the HUBZone certification, Allied Mission Group is a minority owned small disadvantaged firm with a GSA Schedule 70 Contract.

We are very pleased to be HUBZone certified by the SBA. AMG embraces the commitment to provide qualified opportunities to under-served communities. In working together and investing in these communities, AMG will reap the rewards of a solid employee base as well as provide an economic thrust in communities where it is most needed.
